Metal arts tie my needs to design, construct and assemble objects.

I dabble in many aspects of lapidary and metallurgy such as rock hounding, cabochons, stone faceting, silversmithing, metal clay and wire wrapping.

Most enjoyable to me are projects that I see the whole process from raw materials to finished product. Such as a rock from the field shaped, grounded, polished and rendered into a cabochon; ready to meet metals and produce unique and artistic pieces.
Most of my pieces are worked in sterling silver and PMC
(Precious Metal Clay).
